Vice President
Manage all programs alongside directors. Assist in sending emails, responding to inquiries, and executing general lessons.
Vice President of Operations
Create emails, Google Forms, and Google Sheets. Track participation, outreach, and feedback and ensure smooth execution of all lessons.
Vice President of Outreach
Manage recruitment external relations. Contact schools, youth orchestras, and other music programs; build partnerships; and work closely with the Social Media team.
Vice President of Digital Systems
Manage all digital accounts, mainly the website. Update and maintain our website, organize Google Drive and internal documents, support tech needs for executive leaders.
Vice President of Social Media
Manage our online presence on social media. Run our Instagram account; follow similar organizations; maintain a professional followers to following ratio; post content; respond to DMs and inquiries when possible.
Vice President of Tutors
Hold meetings for all tutors and Program Directors. Ensure lessons are being held with high quality and professional content.
