Executive Roles
Langlen Heisnam
Maintain, create, and check email, Google Forms, Linktree, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
Track participation, retention, outreach, and feedback and ensure smooth execution of each cycle.
Open
Manage growth of local chapters and train chapter leaders on their roles.
Launch and support school or regional chapters, help approve chapter applications, train chapter leaders, monitor chapter activity, and maintain Google Docs on how to start chapters, succeed, etc.
Siena Koch
Manage recruitment and external relations.
Lead student recruitment strategy; contact schools, youth orchestras, and other music programs; build and maintain partnerships; help obtain funding; work closely with the Social Media team.
Open
Manage all digital accounts, mainly the website.
Update and maintain our website, organize Google Drive and internal documents, support tech needs for executive and chapter leaders.
Taryn Lee
Manage our online presence on social media.
Run and maintain our Instagram account and Linktree; follow similar organizations, chapter leaders, executives, and maintain a consistent/professional followers to following ratio; schedule and post curated content; respond to DMs and inquiries when possible.
